At the time I am writing, Iran has been 5 days revolting in the streets without the IRGC invoking any restraining activity upon the crowds in the streets. Several cities in Iran are reportedly under control of the general populace. I don't have direct knowledge except for the reports I have seen through news blogs. I mention this only to let it be known that this press conference happened in Mar Lago before the Iran street riots began.
